Can your dog coats be machine washed?

Yes all my products can be machine washed, I suggest no higher than 40°c, with NON Bio washing liquid/powder. Air dry do not tumble dry, Velcro is not compatible with fabric conditioners and dryers.

 Will my dog coat lose any of its water repelling qualities if I machine wash it?

No, I only use the highest quality fabrics that have been tried and tested for wear and water repelling properties. And you don’t use a Bio washing solution or Fabric Conditioner.

 How do you fasten your dog coats as I have difficulty fastening buckles and straps when it is cold?

I only use a high quality elasticised Velcro strap to fasten around the middle of the coat, and Velcro across the front, no difficult buckles to fasten and no straps that flap about.  The Velcro I use is industrial strength and will last for many years, if the above washing instructions are followed.

 Will my dog be able to run in his/her coat?

All my coats are made to your dog’s individual measurements and breed type and are designed to sit comfortably close to the dog’s body, whether running or walking.

 Can I choose the colour combination for my dog’s coat, i.e., lining and trim to match the outer fabric?

Yes, you can, each coat is made to your requirements and measurements for your dog.

 Can I have my dogs name embroidered on the coat?

Yes, I can embroider a name, max 8 letters in gold – details on order form.

I have a miniature Dachshund and have difficulty getting a coat that fits properly, how are yours different?

Each of my coats are cut to the individual measurements you supply; it is not a case of picking a stock coat nearest to your dog’s size.

 I am not sure where I should start to measure my dog from?

 My dog is very large, and I can’t see his size on your pricing table?

I make for all sizes and shapes of dog, please call or email for a quote if the price for your dog’s size is not given.
