Q: Can your dog coats be machine washed?
 
A: Yes all our products can be machine washed, we suggest 40○C
 
Q: Will my dog coat lose any of its water repelling qualities if I machine wash it?
 
A: No, we only use the highest quality fabrics that have all been tried and tested.
 
Q: How do you fasten your dogs coat as I have difficulty fastening buckles and straps when it is cold?
 
A: We only use high quality elasticised Velcro straps to fasten our coats, so no difficult buckles to fasten and no straps that flap about.
 
Q: Will my dog be able to run in his/her coat?
 
A: All our coats are made to your dog's individual measurements and breed type and are designed to sit comfortably close to the dog's body, whether running or walking.
 
Q: Can I choose the colour combination for my dog's coat, i.e. lining and trim to match the outer fabric?
 
A: Yes, you can, each coat is made to your particular requirements and measurements for your dog.
 
Q: Can I have my dog's name embroidered on the coat?
 
A: Yes we can embroider names in a variety of colours – details on order form.
